Ishaka Community Church (ICC) is a unique, Christ-centered, vibrant, and welcoming community made up mainly of young people, especially campus youth, together with an international family from different African nations. This rich diversity creates a warm atmosphere where people from different backgrounds come together to worship, grow in faith, and build meaningful relationships.
Birthed with an incredibly intimate and faithful start in June 2014, the ministry began with just two members. Driven by a clear spiritual calling, the small fellowship grew rapidly over the following weeks, leading to its official public launch just a month later on July 28, 2014, under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Sam Musigire and Pastor Prossy Musigire.
"Situated in a rapidly expanding educational and economic hub—notably near major institutions like Kampala International University (KIU) Western Campus—the church naturally became a magnet for the younger generation. Today, more than 80% of our congregation is comprised of youth."
